UX Design on LAOL - We still want your inputOur first round of UX (User Experience) research for Legal Aid Online has been completed and feedback collated to help improve the system. However, you can still help shape the future look and feel of the system. We want to visit your firm and observe how you as the user interacts with LAOL. The sessions last around 1 hour and this research will be used to gather valuable information on the ease of use, equality and accessibility of our systems. If this is something you feel you or your firm could help us with, please send your firms details to Kathleen Nolan.
